术前区域镇痛在老年髋部骨折患者中的应用效果

Application effect of preoperative regional analgesia in elderly patients with hip fracture

目的探讨术前区域镇痛在老年髋部骨折患者中的应用效果。方法将2019年1月至2019年10月收治的100例老年髋部骨折患者根据简单随机化法分为对照组与试验组,各50例。对照组给予术前常规处理,试验组给予术前区域镇痛干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果术中,试验组的NRS评分低于对照组,SpO2、MAP、HR均高于对照组(P<0.05);入病房时,试验组的NRS评分低于对照组,MAP高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1、2、3 d,试验组的活动量大于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论术前区域镇痛应用于老年髋部骨折患者中的效果显著,可缓解疼痛,改善患者的生命体征,提高其活动量,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the application effect of preoperative regional analgesia in elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with hip fracture admitted from January 2019 to October 2019 were divided into control group and experimental group according to the simple randomization method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine preoperative treatment,and the experimental group was given preoperative regional analgesia intervention.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results During the operation,the NRS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,SpO2,MAP and HR were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);when entering the ward,the NRS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and MAP was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).At 1,2 and 3 d after operation,the activity levels of the experimental group were greater than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The preoperative regional analgesia applied in elderly patients with hip fracture has a significant effect,it can relieve pain,improve the vital signs of patients,increase the activity levels and reduce the incidence of complications.
