超声引导下无水乙醇硬化治疗肾囊肿的临床效果

Clinical effect of sclerotherapy with absolute alcohol under ultrasound guidance on renal cyst

目的探讨超声引导下无水乙醇硬化治疗肾囊肿的临床效果。方法运用单双号随机化分组法将120例肾囊肿患者分为对照组(n=60,后腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶术)和观察组(n=60,超声引导下无水乙醇硬化治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组,治疗费用少于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组随访5个月的复发率低于观察组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的TNF-α、IL-1β、CRP水平均较治疗前显著降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的ALT、AST、Cr及UN水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),但两组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超声引导下无水乙醇硬化治疗肾囊肿患者的效果显著,且能减少对肝、肾功能的影响,减轻炎症反应,促进患者恢复。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of sclerotherapy with absolute alcohol under ultrasound guidance on renal cyst.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with renal cyst were divided into control group(n=60,retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing)and observation group(n=60,sclerotherapy with absolute alcohol under ultrasound guidance)by the odd and even number randomization grouping method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the treatment cost was less than that of the control group,and the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the control group after 5 months of follow-up was lower than that of the observation group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-1βand CRP in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of ALT,AST,Cr and UN in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Sclerotherapy with absolute alcohol under ultrasound guidance on renal cyst has a significant curative effect,and it can reduce the impacts on liver and kidney function and inflammatory reaction,and promote the recovery of patients.
