A型肉毒素联合透明质酸钠溶液治疗面部皱纹的临床效果

Clinical effect of botulinum toxin A combined with sodium hyaluronate solution in the treatment of facial wrinkles

目的探讨A型肉毒素联合透明质酸钠溶液治疗面部皱纹的临床效果。方法选取2017年12月至2019年12月在我院进行面部皮肤填充治疗的64例患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方式将其分为观察组(A型肉毒素联合透明质酸钠溶液)和对照组(A型肉毒素),各32例。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组各类型皱纹治疗总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组自信心评分均提高,尊严感评分均下降,且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者并发症总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论A型肉毒素联合透明质酸钠溶液用于面部皱纹治疗的临床效果显著,能有效改善患者的自信心和尊严感评分,提高治疗满意度,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of botulinum toxin A combined with sodium hyaluronate solution in the treatment of facial wrinkles.Methods A total of 64 patients who received facial skin filling treatment in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2019 were selected as research objects and divided into observation group(botulinum toxin A combined with sodium hyaluronate solution)and control group(botulinum toxin A)according to treatment methods,with 32 cases in each group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rates of all types of wrinkle treatment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the self-confidence scores of patients in both groups increased,the dignity scores decreased,and those in the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05);the satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Botulinum toxin A combined with sodium hyaluronate solution in the treatment of facial wrinkles has a significant clinical effect,it can effectively improve patients’self-confidence and dignity scores,and treatment satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
