疏肝健脾活血解毒法对慢性肝病患者糖脂代谢及生活质量的影响

Effects of Shugan Jianpi Huoxue Jiedu method on glucose and lipid metabolism and quality of life in patients with chronic liver disease

目的探讨疏肝健脾活血解毒法对慢性肝病患者糖脂代谢及生活质量的影响。方法将230例慢性肝病患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各115例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予疏肝健脾活血解毒法治疗。比较两组的糖、脂代谢指标及生活质量。结果治疗后,两组的GLU、2 h GLU和HbA1c水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的TC、TG水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的CLDQ评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论疏肝健脾活血解毒法治疗慢性肝病患者,有助于改善糖脂代谢,提高其生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effects of Shugan Jianpi Huoxue Jiedu method on glucose and lipid metabolism and quality of life in patients with chronic liver disease.Methods A total of 230 patients with chronic liver disease were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 115 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was given Shugan Jianpi Huoxue Jiedu method on the basis of the control group.The indexes of glucose and lipid metabolism and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of GLU,2 h GLU and HbA1 c in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TC and TG in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the CLDQ score of the two groups increased,and that in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shugan Jianpi Huoxue Jiedu method in the treatment of patients with chronic liver disease is helpful to improve glucose and lipid metabolism and the quality of life.
