黄葵胶囊辅助治疗糖尿病肾病的临床效果及对肾小管损伤、氧化应激的影响

Clinical effect of Huangkui capsule in the adjuvant treatment of diabetic nephropathy and its influence on renal tubular injury and oxidative stress

目的探讨黄葵胶囊辅助治疗糖尿病肾病的临床效果及对肾小管损伤、氧化应激的影响。方法选取我院2018年1月至2019年10月收治的127例糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字法将其分为观察组(64例,常规治疗+黄葵胶囊)和对照组(63例,常规治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为93.75%,明显高于对照组的80.95%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的RBP、β2-MG水平均降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的GSH-Px、SOD水平均升高,且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的UAER、SCr、BUN水平均降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黄葵胶囊辅助治疗糖尿病肾病的临床效果显著,可改善患者肾小管损伤标志物和氧化应激指标水平,促进肾功能恢复,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Huangkui capsule in the adjuvant treatment of diabetic nephropathy and its influence on renal tubular injury and oxidative stress.Methods A total of 127 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into observation group(64 cases,conventional treatment+Huangkui capsule)and control group(63 cases,conventional treatment)by random number method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.75%,which was significantly higher than80.95%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of RBP andβ2-MG in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of GSH-Px and SOD in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the UAER,SCr,and BUN levels in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huangkui capsule in the adjuvant treatment of diabetic nephropathy has a significant clinical effects,it can improve the levels of the markers of renal tubular damage and oxidative stress of patients,and promote the recovery of renal function,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
