足三里穴位注射新斯的明联合针灸疗法对不全性肠梗阻患者胃肠功能恢复及炎症因子水平的影响

Effects of Zusanli acupoint injection of neostigmine combined with acupuncture and moxibustion therapy on gastrointestinal function recovery and inflammatory factors levels in patients with incomplete intestinal obstruction

目的探究足三里穴位注射新斯的明联合针灸疗法对不全性肠梗阻患者胃肠功能恢复及炎症因子水平的影响。方法选择2018年11月至2020年1月我院收治的62例不全性肠梗阻患者为研究对象,以随机数表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各31例。两组均采用常规西医治疗,在此基础上,对照组加用针灸疗法治疗,观察组应用足三里穴位注射新斯的明联合针灸疗法治疗。比较两组的胃肠功能恢复时间、治疗前、后炎症因子水平及治疗效果。结果观察组的腹胀缓解时间、肛门排便时间、进食固体食物时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的血清TNF-α、IL-6、CRP水平均降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的TNF-α、IL-6、CRP水平显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率略高于对照组,但组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论足三里穴位注射新斯的明联合针灸疗法治疗不全性肠梗阻可降低机体炎症因子水平,促进患者胃肠功能恢复,缩短患者病程,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effects of Zusanli acupoint injection of neostigmine combined with acupuncture and moxibustion therapy on gastrointestinal function recovery and inflammatory factor levels in patients with incomplete intestinal obstruction.Methods A total of 62 patients with incomplete intestinal obstruction treated in our hospital from November 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group by the random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine,on this basis,the control group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion therapy,and the observation group was treated with Zusanli acupoint injection of neostigmine combined with acupuncture and moxibustion therapy.The recovery time of gastrointestinal function,the levels of inflammatory factor before and after treatment and the therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results The abdominal distension relief time,anal defecation time and solid food eating time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum TNF-α,IL-6 and CRP in the two groups decreased,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and CRP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was slightly higher than that in the control group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Zusanli acupoint injection of neostigmine combined with acupuncture and moxibustion therapy in the treatment of incomplete intestinal obstruction can reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,shorten the course of disease,and which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
