中药热盐包联合红藤汤灌肠应用于慢性盆腔炎患者护理中的效果

Effect of traditional Chinese medicine hot salt package combined with Hongteng decoction enema applied in nursing of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

目的观察中药热盐包联合红藤汤灌肠应用于慢性盆腔炎患者护理中的效果。方法选取我院2018年6月至2020年2月收治的120例慢性盆腔炎的患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各60例,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予中药热盐包联合红藤汤灌肠。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,观察组的IL-6、hs-CRP、TNF-α水平均低于对照组,心理功能、物质生活、躯体功能、社会功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理后的症状积分低于对照组,各项症状消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药热盐包联合红藤汤灌肠应用于慢性盆腔炎患者护理中的效果显著,能有效改善患者的症状,促进康复,提高生活质量。

Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine hot salt package combined with Hongteng decoction enema applied in nursing of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease treated in our hospital from June 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine hot salt bag combined with Hongteng decoction enema on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups was compared.Results After nursing,the levels of IL-6,hs-CRP and TNF-αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of mental function,material life,physical function and social function were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The symptom score in the observation group after nursing was lower than that in the control group,and the disappearance time of each symptom were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine hot salt package combined with Hongteng decoction enema has a significant effect applied in the nursing of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,which can effectively improve the symptoms of patients,promote recovery and improve quality of life.
