针对性护理干预在牙髓炎根管治疗中的应用效果

Application effect of targeted nursing intervention in root canal therapy of pulpitis

目的探讨针对性护理干预在牙髓炎根管治疗中的应用效果。方法选择2017年6月至2019年6月90例接受根管治疗的牙髓炎患者作为研究对象,以简单随机化法将其分为试验组(针对性护理干预)和对照组(常规护理干预),每组45例。比较两组患者的治疗效果、疼痛程度及护理满意度。结果试验组的治疗总有效率为100.00%,高于对照组的88.89%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的VAS评分均降低,且试验组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的护理满意度为97.78%,高于对照组的86.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理干预用于牙髓炎患者根管治疗中的效果显著,可降低其疼痛程度,改善生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of targeted nursing intervention in root canal therapy of pulpitis.Methods A total of 90 patients with pulpitis who received root canal therapy from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into experimental group(targeted nursing intervention)and control group(routine nursing intervention)by simple randomization method,with 45 cases in each group.The treatment effect,pain degree and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 100.00%,which was higher than 88.89%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the two groups decreased,and that in the experimental group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 97.78%,which was higher than 86.67%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention applied in the root canal therapy of pulpitis patients has a significant effect,it can reduce the pain degree,improve the quality of life,which is worthy of promotion.
