早期肢体功能训练护理对老年脑梗死患者生活质量的影响

Effect of early limb function training nursing on quality of life of elderly patients with cerebral infarction

目的探讨早期肢体功能训练护理对老年脑梗死患者生活质量的影响。方法选择我院2019年1月至2020年1月收治的75例老年脑梗死患者为研究对象,根据护理方法的不同将其分为参照组(37例)和研究组(38例)。参照组接受常规护理,研究组在常规护理的基础上实施早期肢体功能训练护理。比较两组护理前及护理1个月后的ESCA量表、SF-36量表、简式Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表评分。结果护理前,两组的ESCA、SF-36、简式Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理1个月后,两组的ESCA量表、SF-36量表、简式Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表评分均升高,且研究组高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论早期肢体功能训练护理对老年脑梗死患者的生活质量及肢体功能恢复的改善效果显著,可作为老年脑梗死患者的首选护理方法在临床上推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of early limb function training nursing on quality of life of elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 75 elderly patients with cerebral infarction who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into reference group(37 cases)and study group(38 cases)according to the different nursing methods.The reference group received routine nursing,while the study group received early limb function training nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The scores of ESCA,SF-36 and simplified Fugl-Meyer motor function scale before and after one month of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in the scores of ESCA,SF-36 and simplified Fugl-Meyer motor function scale between the two groups(P>0.05);after one month of nursing,the scores of ESCA,SF-36 and simplified Fugl-Meyer motor function scale of two groups increased,and those in the study group were higher than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The early limb function training nursing on the quality of life and limb function recovery of elderly patients with cerebral infarction has significant improvement effect,which can be used as the preferred nursing method of elderly patients with cerebral infarction in clinical promotion and application.
