兵棋推演在公共卫生防疫领域的应用

针对公共医疗卫生中突发事件给社会带来的诸多安全问题,采用兵棋推演系统进行卫生防疫。运用兵棋在卫生防疫中进行推演和训练,深入研究兵棋和兵棋推演,准确把握兵棋的内涵和特点。积极研发适合我国兵棋推演系统在公共医疗卫生领域的推广应用。该研究有助于提高和增强公共卫生防疫演练的应急处置能力,强化和培养信息化条件下医疗卫生领域防疫管理人员的指挥决策思维、提高和增强模拟训练的可信度及促进公共卫生防疫管理中经验的总结积累。

In response to the many safety issues that emergencies in public health care bring to the society,a wargame deduc⁃tion system is used for sanitation and epidemic prevention.Wargames are used in health and epidemic prevention for deduction and training.In-depth study of wargames and wargame deduction,accurately the connotation and characteristics of wargames are grasped,and actively research and develop suitable for the promotion and application of my country's wargames system in the field of public health care.The research helps to improve and enhance the emergency response capabilities of public health epidemic pre⁃vention exercises,strengthen and cultivate the command and decision-making thinking of medical and health management person⁃nel in the field of epidemic prevention under the conditions of informationization,improve and enhance the credibility of simulation training,and promote public health and epidemic prevention management summary and accumulation of Chinese experience.
