“双一流”建设背景下高校图书馆建设策略研究之回顾与展望

Review and Outlook of College Library Construction Strategy Under the Constructive Background of“Double First Class”

[目的/意义]总结“双一流”建设背景下高校图书馆建设策略的研究现状,分析所取得的成果特点及其不足之处,在此基础上展望新的研究动态。[方法/过程]通过文献调研,从图书馆发展理念、信息资源建设、创新服务以及新技术与新媒介的应用四个方面系统梳理分析当前“双一流”建设背景下高校图书馆的建设策略。[结果/结论]梳理现有的研究文献,国内在“双一流”建设背景下高校图书馆的发展理念、信息资源建设、创新服务、新技术与新媒介的应用等方面的研究取得的系列成果,目前还存在人才队伍建设不强、新技术与新媒介应用不广、知识服务融入不深等不足之处,提出高校图书馆要根据已有特色,立足本校的实际情况,找准“双一流”建设方案的契合点,应进一步提升学科馆员服务能力,推进智慧图书馆建设,提高知识服务水平等建议。

[Purpose/significance]This essay summarized the recent circumstance of research on college library construction strategy under the background of“Double First Class”construction,analyzed the achievements,shortcomings and the future.[Methods/process]Through researching and analyzing the documents,this study made clear of the current library construction strategy from certain aspects containing the library construction planning,resources construction and library service.[Result/conclusion]This paper revealed the achievements in subject service,digital resource construction,innovative service,new technology and intermediary tools by analyzing the existing relevant research literature;meanwhile,it pointed out the shortcomings in team management,using novel technology and intermedia,integration of knowledge service and so on.It concluded that university libraries should find the convergence point of the“Double First Class”construction plan according to their existing characteristics and actual situation.And libraries should improve service ability of their subject librarians,promote the development of smart library,and the level of knowledge service.
