朝鲜古代《朝报》研究

The Official Newspaper of the Joseon Dynasty:Chao-Pao

[目的/意义]朝鲜古代的《朝报》脱胎于中国唐宋时期的官报,是刊载诏令、奏章及官吏任免事务的朝廷公报。《朝报》历经高丽和李朝时代,成为朝廷政治社会舆情发布与传播的工具与媒介。[方法/过程]通过对史籍文献的挖掘以及与我国明清时期官报的对比研究,考察《朝报》之起源、沿革、内容、管理机制,总结分析其社会功用和历史价值。[结果/结论]《朝报》作为朝鲜古代政府传递政务信息的重要手段,记录了不同历史时期社会发展的状况,是研究朝鲜半岛政治历史的重要参考资料。

[Purpose/significance]Chao-Pao of ancient Korean originated from the official newspaper in the Tang and Song Dynasties of China.It was the official gazette that published imperial edicts,memorials and the appointment and removal of officials.As the tool and medium for the publication and dissemination of court politics and public opinion,it had existed for centuries from the Koryo era to the Korean Lee Dynasty.[Method/process]Through the excavation of historical documents and the comparative study of official newspapers of the Ming and Qing Dynasties,this paper investigated the origin,evolution,content,management mechanism of Chao-Pao and summarized its social function and historical value.[Result/conclusion]As an important means of the government of ancient Korean to transmit government information,Chao-Pao recorded the social development in different historical periods.It has become an important reference for studying the politics and history of the Korean Peninsula.
