摘要
为研究樟树壮苗培育技术,本文以泥炭土、稻谷壳、黄心土为基本原料,设置19种不同基质配方,开展无纺布容器育苗试验,通过对一年生苗木苗高、地径、生物量、叶绿素含量、光合速率的测定和分析,综合考虑苗木品质指数、综合评价值及育苗基质成本等,筛选出适宜培育樟树容器苗的基质配方。结果表明:樟树适宜的基质配方为泥炭土:稻谷壳:黄心土=6∶3∶1,使用该基质配方培育的一年生樟树容器苗平均苗高可达90.8 cm,平均地径可达0.77 cm。
In order to investigate the cultivation technology of strong seedlings of Cinnamomum camphora,the peat soil,rice husk,and yellow soil were used as the basic raw materials,and nineteen different matrix formulations were set up to carry out the seedling experiment in non-woven fabric containers.Through the measurement and analysis of seedling height,ground diameter,biomass,chlorophyll content,and photosynthetic rate of one-year-old seedlings,the seedling quality index,comprehensive evaluation value,and seedling substrate cost were comprehensively considered to choose the suitable substrate formula of camphor tree.The results showed that the suitable substrate formula of Cinnamomum camphora was the ratio of peat soil:rice husk:yellow soil as 6∶3∶1.The average height and ground diameter of one-year-old seedlings could reach 90.8 cm and 0.77 cm,respectively.
