西部中小城市交通资源旅游化配置影响研究

Study on Tourism-oriented allocation of Transportation Resources in Small and Middle Western Cities

交通资源获取不均衡影响区域社会经济发展,科学合理配置交通资源能更好地促进西部中小城市发展。旅游既是交通重度依赖性产业,又与交通设施优化升级高度协同、相互促进。研究表明:高铁能改变沿线中小城市旅游产业格局,国家在交通资源配给时需充分考虑地区旅游发展潜力;高铁旅游的双重属性与西部旅游活动大尺度、跨区域、蛙跳式的特性契合度高,以旅游引导中小城市交通资源优化配置,能更好地发挥高铁对西部社会经济发展的带动效用;交通出行关乎人们对生活品质的感知,以旅游改善区域交通乘坐体验、换乘感受及等待焦虑问题,能同时提升居民和旅游者的幸福感、安全感。西部中小城市需获取更多国家战略资源,加快自身交通设施和交通服务的建设,借助信息科技手段推进区域交通体系的优化和交通资源共享化配给。

The unbalanced access to transportation resources affects regional socio-economic development.The scientific and rational allocation of transportation resources can promote the development of small and medium-sized cities in the west better.Tourism is relies heavily on transportation,and it also highly coordinates with and mutually promotes the optimization and upgrading of transportation facilities.The findings are presented as the following:First,the high-speed railway can change the tourism industry pattern in small and medium-sized cities along the route.Therefore,the government should take full account of regional tourism development potential when allocating transportation resources.Secondly,the dual attributes of high-speed rail tourism fit well with the characteristics of large scale,cross-region and frog-jump in the western tourism activities,so the optimal allocation of transportation resources guided by tourism in small and medium-sized cities can give full play to the driving effect of high-speed rail on the social and economic development of the western region.Thirdly,transport is related to people’s perception of the quality of life.It can improve the regional transport experience,transfer feeling and waiting anxiety,and enhance the happiness and security of residents and tourists at the same time.Thus,the small and medium-sized cities in the west need to obtain more national strategic resources,speed up the construction of their own transportation facilities and transportation services,and promote the optimization of regional transportation system and the allocation of transportation resources sharing by information technology.
