摘要
应用伴随优化方法,对基本级回流通道的子午型线进行了优化设计。将减小回流通道的总压损失系数K作为优化目标,经过伴随优化设计得到新的基本级子午型线。新子午型线结构使基本级在设计流量和小流量的气动性能有所提高,当流量系数φ1为0.04时,级多变效率ηpol提高了0.6%,级总压损失系数K降低了4.1%。数值分析回流通道内的流动发现,弯道部分的总压损失降低,流动均匀性提高。
With the application of adjoint method,the optimization design of meridional profile of the return channel is accomplished.Taking the decrease of the total-pressure loss coefficient K as the optimization target,the new design of meridional profile of the return channel is obtained after the optimization calculation.With the new design of meridional profile,the performance of the basic stage is improved:the polytropic efficiencyηpol increases by 0.6%when flow coefficientφ1 is equal to 0.04,and the total-pressure loss coefficient K decreases by 4.1%as well.Analyzing the inner flow of the return channel,it can be discovered that,in the 180°bend,the loss of total pressure is reduced and the uniformity of the inner flow is improved.
