摘要 针对某燃气轮机发电机组,建立轴系扭转振动分析模型,进行扭振固有频率、扭转共振及瞬态扭转振动响应分析,得出了不同工况下轴系考核部位的剪应力动响应曲线。提出了基于累积损伤的转子疲劳寿命评估方法,并对燃气轮机发电机组轴系进行疲劳寿命预估。并且分析了某燃机发电机组中常规齿轮轴结构与含中间套轴齿轮轴结构对轴系转子寿命的影响。 Torsional vibration analysis models were developed for certain gas turbine generator unit shaft train.Torsional Natural frequency analysis,torsional synchronous forced response and transient torsional response calculations were performed with those models to evaluate response dynamic shear stress.A method of shaft life accessment was presented taking into account accumulated damage and life of certain gas turbine generator unit shaft train was evaluated.The influence of gear structure between general shaft and quill gear shaft on the shafting rotor lifetime of gas turbine generator is analyzed.
