轴流压缩试验系统一体化模型建立及性能分析

摘要 为了提高轴流压缩部件试验数据的可靠性,建立了压缩系统一体化动态仿真模型,模拟了不同工况下压缩部件进口流量以及出口压力的瞬态特性,以某型高压压气机台架试验系统为研究对象,并对影响压缩部件非稳态特性的因素展开分析。结果表明:模型可以有效的反映试验系统压缩部件不同截面气动特性;排气系统容腔体积对压缩部件的气动稳定性有显著影响;在不同转速下,压缩部件不稳定工作状态有明显差异,非设计转速下压缩部件更易退出不稳定工作状态;需严格把控试验台架排气系统结构设计,以确保压缩部件稳态试验数据的准确性。 In order to improve the reliability of compressor experimental data,an integrated dynamic model of compression system is established to simulate the transient performance of compressor inlet flow and outlet pressure under different working conditions,and the factors affecting the unsteady performance of compressor are analyzed.The results show that the model can reflect the aerodynamic performance of the compressor effectively;The volume of the exhaust system has a significant influence on the aerodynamic stability of the compressor;Under different rotating speeds,there are obvious differences in the unstable working state of the compressor,and it is easier to quit the unstable working state without design rotating speed;The structure of exhaust system of compressor experiment bench should be designed strictly to ensure the accuracy of steady-state experimental data.
