摘要
降膜蒸发器是烯烃氢甲酰化装置的核心设备。以混合C4氢甲酰化装置为例,降膜蒸发器为中心,简述工艺流程和其工作原理,从蒸发器的进料量、出口温度、温差、热水系统以及重组分等方面展开分析了各种因素和重要参数对降膜蒸发器蒸发效率的影响。通过分析可以看出,进料量、出口温度及温差是主要决定了降膜蒸发器使用效果的关键因素;进料量和进料/尾料比是关键的操作参数;蒸发出的戊醛量和溶液中重组分等物质的含量是随着出口温度的变化而变化的。
Falling film evaporator is the core equipment of olefins hydrogen formylation plant.Taking the mixed C4 hydroformylation unit as an example,considering falling film evaporator as the center,describing briefly the process flow and working principle.The effects of various factors and important parameters on the evaporation efficiency of falling film evaporators were analyzed from the evaporator’s feed volume,outlet temperature,temperature difference,hot water system and heavy components,etc..It can be seen from the analysis that feed volume,outlet temperature and temperature difference are the key factors that determine the use effect of the falling film evaporator;the feed volume and feed/tail ratio are the key operating parameters;evaporation of valeraldehyde amount and content of heavy components in the solution is varies as the change of outlet temperature.
