摘要
本文根据液化天然气(LNG)储罐的结构分析了其常见的失效形式,包括内罐冷脆和疲劳失效、保温层失效和外罐开裂,分别介绍了每种失效形式产生的原因。鉴于其失效形式,从材料的低温性能以及热传导进行分析,调研相应的国内外实验研究,根据实验结论给出预防LNG储罐失效的建议,最后依据LNG实际使用情况提出了一种温差实验想法来探究温度梯度对于马氏体析出的影响情况。
According to the structure of LNG storage tank,this paper analyzes the common failure modes,including cold brittleness and fatigue failure at inner tank,insulation layer failure,cracking failure at outer tank.In addition,the causes of each failure mode are introduced.In view of the failure mode,the low-temperature performance and heat conduction of the material should be analyzed.This paper searches for the corresponding domestic and foreign experimental studies which related to the failure mode.Besides,the suggestions for preventing the failure of LNG storage tank are given according to the experimental research conclusions.Finally,according to the actual use of LNG,a temperature difference experiment idea is proposed to explore the impact of temperature gradient on the martensite precipitation.
