摘要
本文介绍了环氧乙烷反应器工作原理。针对某乙二醇装置环氧乙烷反应器进口多点偶损坏的情况,详细分析了该反应器多支多点热电偶损坏的原因,并制定出可行性国产化方案,根据国产化方案进行了样品研制、试验和生产,最终实现国产化替代,并消除这一制约安全生产的设备隐患。
This paper introduces the working principle of ethylene oxide reactor.In view of the damage of multi-point couple at the inlet of ethylene oxide reactor in an ethylene glycol plant,the reasons for the damage of multiple multi-point thermocouples in the reactor are analyzed in detail,and the feasible localization scheme is worked out.According to the localization scheme,the sample development,test and production are carried out,and the localization substitution is finally realized,and this equipment hidden danger restricting safety production is eliminated.
