摘要
本文对API标准的套管圆螺纹接头和偏梯形螺纹接头的泄漏机理进行了研究。通过对比2种螺纹的结构,分析了API标准偏梯形螺纹比圆螺纹更容易发生泄漏的原因,并将原因总结为三点,分别是“偏梯形螺纹泄漏通道不可弥合”、“偏梯形螺纹齿侧泄漏通道大小受加工误差影响大”、“锥度误差等因素会造成偏梯形螺纹产生不止一条泄漏通道”。本文的分析结果可为改进API套管螺纹接头的密封性提供一定的理论依据和参考。
In this paper,the leakage mechanism of API standard casing round thread connection and buttress thread connection is studied.By comparing the structure of the two threads,the reason why API standard buttress thread is more likely to leak than round thread is analyzed,and the reasons are summarized into three points,namely,"the leakage channel of buttress thread cannot be bridged","the size of leakage channel on the tooth side of offset buttress thread is greatly affected by machining error","taper error and other factors can cause more than one leakage channel of buttress thread".The analysis results in this paper can provide some theoretical basis and reference for improving the sealing performance of API casing threaded connection.
