新时代对党建工作提出了更高的要求。科研院所是科技创新的主力军,党组织必须牢牢把握科研院所改革发展的正确方向,保证沿着中国特色社会主义和建设创新型国家的道路不断开展科技攻关,开拓创新。主要分析了科研院所加强党建工作的重要意义,总结了本单位党建工作取得的成效、存在的不足,并结合行业领域和人员结构特点提出破解对策,以期对科研院所提升党建工作质量提供有益参考。

The new era has raised higher requirements for the work of party construction.As research institutes are the main force engaging in scientific and technological innovation,their party organizations must have a firm grip of the correct direction for the reform and development in research institutes so as to ensure continuous scientific advancement and innovation along the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics to build an innovative country.This article analyzes the importance of strengthening party construction in research institutes,summarizes the achievements and deficiencies of the party construction work in the employing unit of the author,and proposes corresponding countermeasures based on the characteristics of the industry and personnel structure,in a bid to provide useful reference for improvement of party construction quality in research institutes.
