铝电解槽打壳气缸行程检测方法

摘要 铝电解低电压生产过程中易出现铝电解槽下料口不畅通的情况,影响生产品质。提出一种铝电解槽打壳气缸行程检测方法,以改进行程质量。通过检测打壳锤头浸入电解质后的电压变化,判断下料口是否畅通;针对气缸体与气缸导杆之间、气缸导杆与打壳锤头之间信号导通不良的问题,提出了检测措施,实施针对性改造。检测方法:一是采集每次打壳获取的电压采样数据,当打壳锤头浸入电解质后的电压值接近于槽压时,表明下料口畅通;二是当电压值接近于0 V时,表明下料口堵塞。通过监控采样数据的波动段,判断打壳锤头浸入电解质的状态,通过适当缩短无效打壳时间,减少锤头粘包情况的发生,延长锤头使用寿命。 In the low voltage production process of aluminum electrolysis,it is easy to appear that the discharge port of aluminum reduction cell is not smooth,which affects the production quality.To present a method to detect the crust cylinder stroke of aluminum reduction cell,as to improve the stroke quality.Judge whether the discharge port is smooth by detecting the voltage change of crust hammerhead immersed in electrolyte;in view of the poor signal conduction between the cylinder body and the cylinder guide rod,and between the cylinder guide rod and the crust hammerhead,the detection measures are put forward,and the targeted transformation is carried out.Detection method:firstly,the voltage sampling data obtained by each crust is collected,when the voltage value of the crust hammerhead immersed in electrolyte is close to the slot voltage,it indicates that the discharge port is unblocked;secondly,when the voltage value is close to 0 V,the discharge port is blocked.The fluctuation section of the sampling data in the surveillance can be used as a status of immersion of the crust hammerhead into the electrolyte,and by appropriately shortening the invalid crust time,to reduce the occurrence of the crust hammerhead sticking and prolong the service life of the crust hammerhead.
