烟叶叶梗分离后大片筛分工艺的优化设计

Optimization Design of Screening Process for Large Piece Tobacco Leaf after Leaf Stem Separation

摘要 为寻求烟叶叶梗分离后大片(>25.4 mm×25.4 mm)率的合理控制方法,将叶梗分离后叶片结构的指标控制在适宜范围内,以打叶工序一打后物料和圆盘筛分机为试验材料和设备,研究不同圆盘间距、不同筛分机频率对大片率的影响。结果表明:使用圆盘式筛分机可有效控制叶梗分离后叶片结构指标,当筛分机频率为38 Hz,圆盘间距为38 mm时,大片筛出比例为90.1%,中片筛出比例为17.1%;回打后,大片率为33.84%,大中片率为84.14%,<2.36 mm叶片率为0.21%,叶中含梗率0.64%,满足行业《卷烟工艺规范》要求。 In order to find a reasonable control method for the rate of large pieces(>25.4 mm×25.4 mm)after leaf stem separation and control the structure index of leaves after leaf stem separation in an appropriate range,the effects of different disc spacing and different screening equipment frequency on the rate of large pieces are studied by taking the materials after one dozen leaves in the threshing process and the disc screening equipment as the research materials and equipment,respectively.The results show that:the disc screening equipment can effectively control the structure index of leaves after the leaf stem separation,when the disc spacing is 38 mm and the screening equipment frequency is 38 Hz,the screening proportions of large and medium pieces are 90.1%and 17.1%,respectively;after backstroke,the rates of large pieces,large and medium pieces,<2.36 mm pieces and stem percentage in leaves are 33.84%,84.14%,0.21%and 0.64%,respectively,meeting the requirements of the Norm of Cigarette Technology in industry.
