摘要
检验单位通过声发射检测信号特征的研究准确地判断出常压储罐底板泄漏等缺陷的性质及位置,能够更有针对性地指导使用单位对常压储罐进行维修。建造了一台模拟泄漏常压储罐,在模拟工况下,探讨泄漏信号对特征参数——参考有效电压(RMS)和平均电平信号(ASL)的影响。研究发现:连续信号持续时间比突发信号持续时间长,可据此将泄漏信号与腐蚀信号区分开来;泄漏信号与噪声信号的RMS值区分度不大;ASL≥15 dB可以作为有效地区分泄漏信号与噪声信号的依据值。经验证,采用ASL≥15 dB结合定位信号和聚类分析的方法对常压储罐底板泄漏情况进行检测,具有操作简便、准确等优势,在2018-2020年常压储罐底板声发射检测中得到了有效应用。
If the inspection unit can accurately judge the feature and location of defects such as leakage on the bottom plate of atmospheric storage tank by studying the acoustic emission detection signal characteristics,it can guide the user unit to repair the atmospheric storage tank in a more targeted way.An atmospheric storage tank with simulated leakage is built.The influences of leakage signal on the characteristic parameters such as Root Mean Square(RMS)and Average Signal Level(ASL)are discussed under the simulated working conditions.The results show that:the duration of continuous signal is longer than that of burst signal,so the leakage signal can be distinguished from corrosion signal;the RMS value of leakage signal and noise signal cannot be clearly distinguished;ASL≥15 dB can be used as the basis value for effectively distinguishing the leakage signal and noise signal.Through verification,ASL≥15 dB combining with the method of location signal and cluster analysis are used to detect the leakage of the bottom plate of the atmospheric storage tank,which has the advantages of simple operation and high accuracy,and has been effectively applied in the acoustic emission detection of the bottom plate of the atmospheric storage from the year 2018 to 2020.
