摘要
针对龙凤山气田下部火石岭组中基性火山岩储层钻井机械钻速慢、钻井周期长的难题,开展钻井提速提效技术研究。对金刚石复合片(PDC)钻头复合片侧倾角、钻头出露高度、钻压设定及测定方法等进行调整,形成优化的岩石可钻性级值评价方案;结合工区工程地质条件、岩石破碎机理和破岩钻头应用特点,对原有钻井技术的适应性进行评价,形成适用于火山岩储层的、钻头和螺杆性能适合各个井段的钻井提速提效技术。在以滑动钻进为主的井段,采用牙轮—PDC混合钻头,在以滚动钻进为主的井段,采用PDC钻头,并配套等应力螺杆进行钻井提速。技术应用后,单只钻头平均进尺提高35.11%,机械钻速提高25.35%。
Aiming at the problems of slow rate of penetration(ROP)and long drilling cycle in the basic volcanic reservoir of Huoshiling formation in the lower part of Longfengshan gas field,the speed and efficiency improved drilling technology is studied.By adjusting the dip angle of polycrystalline diamond compact(PDC)bit,the exposed height of bit,the setting and measuring method of bit pressure,an optimized evaluation scheme of rock drillability is formed.The adaptability of the original drilling technology is evaluated in combination with the engineering geological conditions,rock fragmentation mechanism and application characteristics of rock breaking bits in the working area,so that a speed and efficiency improved drilling technology which is suitable for the volcanic reservoir,and where the bit and screw performance is suitable for each well section is formed.The cone-PDC mixed bit is used in the well section with sliding drilling as the main part,and the PDC bit is used in the well section with rolling drilling as the main part.Moreover,the equal stress screw is matched to increase the drilling speed.After the application of such a technology,the average footage of a single bit is increased by 35.11%,and the ROP is increased by 25.35%.
