摘要
数字经济逐渐成为提升区域创新、推动经济社会高质量发展的新引擎。文章基于Cobb-Douglas生产函数和向量自回归模型,以长三角城市群2010-2018年的面板数据为样本,实证分析数字经济分别对技术创新和产品创新的影响效应。结果表明:数字经济发展能有效推动技术创新和产品创新,对技术创新的作用更为显著;资本投入、人才投入和民众数字素养对技术创新有显著的正面效应,资本和人才投入的推动作用更加突出;产品创新主要与基础设施、资本投入和数字应用相关,数字技术应用对产品创新具有长期稳定的促进作用。
Digital economy is becoming a new engine to promote regional innovative and high-quality development of economy and society.Based on the Cobb-Douglas production function and vector autoregression model,this paper takes the panel data of the Yangtze River Delta city agglomeration from 2010 to 2018 as the sample to empirically analyze the effects of digital economy on technological innovation and product innovation respectively.The results show that digital economy development can effectively promote technological innovation and product innovation,and play a more significant role in technological innovation;capital investment,talent investment and public digital literacy have significant positive effects on technological innovation,and capital and talent investment play a more prominent role in promoting technological innovation;product innovation is mainly related to infrastructure,capital investment and digital application,and digital application plays a long-term and stable role in promoting product innovation.
