摘要
基于2008-2017年中国30个省份的实际数据,文章构建了经济高质量发展以及供给侧结构性改革的评价指标体系,并利用熵值法对各项指标赋权,测算出经济高质量发展与供给侧结构性改革的耦合协调度在这10年间的变化趋势并对其进行分析。结果表明:2008-2017年全国经济高质量发展与供给侧结构性改革耦合协调度均呈现出上升趋势,当前正处于向协调区间过渡时期,但区域发展不协调问题进一步加剧,呈现出东高西低的空间分布趋势。据此提出应加强宏观调控、加强区域辐射效应,以促进经济高质量发展与供给侧结构性改革良性发展的建议。
Based on the data of 30 provinces in China from 2008 to 2017,this paper constructs an evaluation index system of high-quality economic development and supply-side structural reform,and uses entropy method to assign weights to each index,the change trend of coupling coordination degree between high-quality economic development and supplyside structural reform in the past 10 years is calculated and analyzed.The results show that the coupling coordination degree of high-quality economic development and supply side structural reform shows an upward trend from 2008 to 2017.At present,it is in the transition period to the coordination interval,but the regional development disharmony is further aggravated,showing a spatial distribution trend of high-quality development in the east and low in the west.Finally,it is proposed to strengthen the macroeconomic regulation and control,strengthen the regional radiation effect,promote high-quality economic development and sound development of supply-side structural reform.
