实习医务人员道德创伤现状及相关性研究

Study on the Status and Correlation of Moral Trauma among Medical Interns

为了解实习医生、规培医生、研究生、实习护士道德创伤的现状及相关性,为在实习医务人员群体中进行道德创伤干预提供数据,采用问卷调查法,共选取153名实习医务人员进行问卷调查。调查发现实习医学生、研究生、规培医生、实习护士的道德创伤得分分别为(37.19±3.27)(34.28±3.76)(31.05±2.87)(38.95±2.94),其中道德创伤水平与年龄呈正相关(相关系数为0.825),与工作时间呈正相关(相关系数为0.580),道德创伤水平与性别有关,且男性的道德创伤水平高于女性,各职业种类之间道德创伤水平无显著差异。因此,年龄对道德创伤的严重程度影响最大;年龄大、工作时间长的男性实习医务人员更容易遭受道德创伤。应针对道德创伤各影响因素,对实习医务人员这一特殊群体进行道德创伤干预治疗,形成合理有效的治疗方法。

In order to understand the current status and correlation of moral trauma of medical students,graduate students,training doctors,and intern nurses,and to provide data for moral trauma intervention among the intern medical staff,a questionnaire survey method was used to conduct research,and a total of 153 medical intern staff were selected.The study found that the moral trauma scores of medical trainees,graduate students,doctors and nurse trainees were(37.19±3.27)(34.28±3.76)(31.05±2.87)and(38.95±2.94).The moral trauma level was positively correlated with age(the correlation coefficient is 0.825),which was positively correlated with working hours(the correlation coefficient is 0.580).The level of moral trauma was related to gender,and the level of moral trauma of men was higher than that of women,and there was no significant difference in the level of moral trauma among various occupational categories.Therefore,age has the greatest influence on the severity of moral trauma,and the older and long-working male medical interns were more likely to suffer moral trauma.According to the various factors affecting moral trauma,the special group of medical interns should be treated with moral trauma intervention to form a reasonable and effective treatment method.
