居家临终癌症患者照顾者支持需求调查分析

Analysis of Support Needs of Family Caregivers of Cancer Patients Receiving Home-Based Palliative Care

为了解居家临终癌症患者照顾者支持需求现状,为其提供针对性支持,采用便利抽样法于2018年12月—2019年5月对广东省某宁养院接受居家宁养服务的203例临终癌症患者家庭照顾者进行问卷调查。结果显示,居家临终癌症患者照顾者支持性需求总分为(14.23±8.66)分,处于中等水平,且存在多种需求;相关分析显示,照顾者需求与照顾负荷呈显著正相关(r=0.417,P<0.01),与生活质量呈负相关(r=-0.356,P<0.05)。因此,对居家临终癌症患者照顾者需求进行评估,提供干预性支持,可以减轻其照顾负担,改善其生活质量,是提升安宁疗护质量的重要措施。

To explore the current situation of care-givers’support needs of family caregivers in cancer patients receiving home-based hospice care and provide targeted support for them.The convenience sampling method was adopted to conduct a questionnaire survey among 203 family caregivers of dying cancer patients who received home-based hospice care services in Guangdong province from December 2018 to May 2019.The results showed that the total score of support needs of family caregivers were at home terminal(14.23±8.66),which was at a medium level and there were a lot of support needs.Correlation analysis showed that the needs of caregivers were significantly positive correlated between caregiver needs and care load(r=0.417.P<0.01),and negatively correlated with quality of life(r=-0.356,P<0.05).Therefore,evaluating the support needs of family caregivers and providing targeted supports can reduce their caregiving burden and improve their quality of life,which is an important measure to improve the quality of hospice care.
