摘要
脉冲氙灯电源是高速摄影测试系统中的关键设备之一。本文通过对脉冲氙灯参数进行分析计算,研制了一套即可单路工作又可同时工作输出的两路脉冲氙灯系统。设计上采用晶闸管移相调压方式,经由隔离模块、PLC控制构成的闭环反馈回路,控制调压模块对储能电容器线性充电;采用电容器一端接地的方法,利用高压陶瓷放电开关、低损耗电缆等低辐射器件,有效抑制了地电位抬高,提高了系统的抗电磁干扰能力。系统实现达到储能200kJ,脉冲电流5kA,脉冲宽度230us。给出了单次触发情况下脉冲氙灯电源输出的实验结果。
the power supply of the pulse xenon lamp is a key equipment in high-speed photography test system.Based on the analysis foe the pulse xenon lamp,a two-way pulse xenon lamp system which can work on the one way output mode and the two-way output mode is developed.This system adopts the phase shift control of the thyristor to control the voltage regulator module and charges the capacitor 1inearly.This power supply system also uses the switch of the high voltage ceramic charge,low wastage cable,and the Electmagnetic Interferenee of the system is upgraded.The energy storage of the power supply system arrive at 200kJ,and the pulse current arrive at 5kA with the pulse width of the 230us.The experiment result,the output of the power supply of pulse of pulse xenon lamp,was given in the work.
