疫情期间高等院校在线教学应对策略

Strategies of online teaching in colleges and universities during COVID-19 outbreak

面对新冠肺炎疫情严峻复杂的防控工作及疫情对高校教学的严重影响,如何在做好疫情防控前提下,实现停课不停教、停课不停学,积极开展在线教学,尽可能确保教学计划顺利进行,是教育工作者面临的新挑战。鉴于目前大规模在线教学尚未有成熟经验可借鉴,在论述了特殊时期开展在线教学可行性的基础上,分析认识目前存在的主要问题:课程平台过多,设计有待完善;错峰授课不彻底,平台运行欠通畅;教师教学理念有待更新,学生主动学习有待加强;课程重构有待完善,课堂管理有待严格;过程评价有待提高,及时反馈亟需落实。提出应从课程运行平台、教与学理念更新、课程重构与课堂管理、过程性考核等方面采取应对策略,为高校在线课程实施提供一定参考。

The outbreak of COVID-19 has exerted serous impact on epidemic prevention and control as well as teaching of colleges and universities. It is a great challenge for educators to carry out teaching as planned in responding to the call of "non-stopping teaching and learning"by the Ministry of Education. However,higher education institutions are confronted with the fact that large-scale online teaching and learning are still lack of practice and experience. This paper first discussed the feasibility of online teaching under the epidemic. It then identified the following problems: there are too many online platforms and some of them have design defects;the platform systems are not running smoothly and online teaching are often conducted on peak hours;teaching concepts are traditional and learning is inactive;curricula need redesigning and classroom management is loosely regulated;formative assessments are rigid and feedbacks are not received timely. It also put forward some corresponding countermeasures to cope with the above problems. The paper provides some reference of online teaching for other colleges and universities.
