宫颈锥形切除术与根治性宫颈切除术治疗早期宫颈癌的效果比较

Comparison of the effects of cervical conization and radical cervical resection in the treatment of early cervical cancer

目的比较宫颈锥形切除术与根治性宫颈切除术治疗早期宫颈癌的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2016年12月-2018年12月中国人民解放军92699部队医院收治的宫颈癌手术治疗患者80例临床资料,按照手术方式不同分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组行宫颈锥形切除术,对照组行根治性宫颈切除术,比较2组治疗效果、术中及术后相关指标。结果观察组治疗优良率为97.5%,对照组为95.0%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间、术后肛门排气时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P <0.01)。结论宫颈锥形切除术和根治性宫颈切除术在宫颈癌的治疗中均取得显著效果,但宫颈锥形切除术手术指标更具优势,适用于育龄期患者的需求,值得临床借鉴和应用。

Objective Compare the clinical effects of cervical conization and radical cervix resection in the treatment of early cervical cancer. Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with cervical cancer treated in the 92699 Army Hospital of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army from December 2015 to December 2016 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to different operation methods,with 40 cases in each group. The observation group underwent cervical conization,and the control group underwent radical cervical resection. The treatment effects,intraoperative and postoperative related indexes of the two groups were compared. Results The excellent and good rate of treatment in the observation group was 97. 5%,and that in the control group was 95. 0%. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0. 05). The intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was less than that of the control group,and the operation time,postoperative anal exhaust time and hospitalization time were shorter than those of the control group(P < 0. 01). Conclusion Two minimally invasive methods of cervical conization and radical cervical resection have achieved significant results in the treatment of cervical cancer,but the former has more advantages and is suitable for the needs of young patients. It is worthy of clinical reference and application.
