注射用阿昔洛韦治疗小儿传染性单核细胞增多症的有效性和安全性

Efficacy and safety of acyclovir for injection in the treatment of infectious mononucleosis in children

目的观察注射用阿昔洛韦治疗小儿传染性单核细胞增多症有效性和安全性。方法选取2017年9月-2018年9月海丰县彭湃纪念医院收治的传染性单核细胞增多症患儿78例为研究对象,按治疗方式不同分为观察组和对照组,每组39例。对照组采取常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予注射用阿昔洛韦治疗。比较2组治疗总有效率、临床症状改善时间及不良反应。结果观察组总有效率为97.44%,高于对照组的69.23%(χ2=11.169,P=0.000);观察组肝脾肿大恢复、退热、颈部淋巴结消退、异型淋巴细胞<10%时间均短于对照组(P <0.01);2组不良反应总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论注射用阿昔洛韦治疗小儿传染性单核细胞增多症效果较好,可快速缓解患儿临床症状,有效改善患儿病情,且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of acyclovir for injection in the treatment of infectious mononucleosis in children. Methods 78 children with infectious mononucleosis admitted to Pengpai Memorial Hospital of Haifeng County from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods,with 39 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment,while the observation group was given acyclovir for injection on the basis of conventional treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97. 44%,which was higher than 69. 23% of the control group(χ~2= 11. 169,P = 0. 000). The recovery time of hepatosplenomegaly,antipyretic,cervical lymph node regression and abnormal lymphocyte < 10% in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P < 0. 01). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P > 0. 05). Conclusion Acyclovir for injection in the treatment of children with infectious mononucleosis has good effect,ahich can quickly relieve the clinical symptoms of children,effectively improve the condition of children,and has high safety. It is worthy of clinical application.
