摘要
介绍一种基于MBD数字实体化的数控加工仿真技术。将MBD全三维数字化设计技术和Vericut数控仿真技术相结合,建立超高拟实度的产品模型、设备模型和工艺器具模型以及全要素、全流程的虚拟仿真过程,真正实现面向生产现场的工艺设计持续优化。利用该技术能避免传统产品开发中的试切过程,在自动或人机交互式模式下最大限度地提升材料去除效率,提高零件的加工效率和机床的利用率。
A NC machining simulation technology based on MBD digital entity was introduced.By combining MBD full three-dimensional digital design technology with Vericut NC simulation technology,the product model,equipment model and process tool model with super-high degree of virtual reality were established,and the virtual simulation processes with all elements and processes were established to realize continuous optimization of process design on the production site.By using this technology,the trial-cutting process in traditional product development can be avoided,the material removal efficiency can be maximized under automatic or human-computer interaction mode,and the processing efficiency of parts and the utilization rate of machine tools can be improved.
