肥西县2014-2018年水痘流行特征分析

Analysis on the epidemic characteristics of varicella in Feixi County from 2014 to 2018

摘要 目的通过分析2014-2018年肥西县水痘监测资料,了解水痘发病水平及流行特征。方法根据传染病报告信息管理系统中的水痘监测数据和突发公共卫生事件管理信息系统中的水痘聚集性疫情报告数据,采用描述流行病学方法对2014-2018年肥西县水痘发病水平和流行特征进行分析。结果2014-2018年共报告肥西县水痘2359例,年均发病率62.8/10万,不同年份发病率差异有统计学意义(χ^2=197.690,P<0.001)。每年4~5月和10~11月发病较多;上派镇发病率最高;发病人群仍然以学生为主。水痘聚集性疫情78起,其中79.5%的疫情起数发生在小学和中学。1~6岁组儿童水痘疫苗接种率为67.5%。结论肥西县水痘发病水平呈上升趋势,聚集性疫情对中小学生的健康造成不良影响,接种水痘疫苗是预防水痘发病最有效的手段。 Objective To analyze the monitoring data of varicella in Feixi County from 2014 to 2018,to understand the incidence level and epidemic characteristics.Methods According to the surveillance data of varicella in the infectious disease information management system and the report data of varicella cluster in the public health emergency management information system,to analyze the incidence level and epidemic characteristics of varicella in Feixi County from 2014 to 2018 by descriptive epidemiological method.Results From 2014 to 2018,a total of 2,359 cases of varicella were reported in Feixi County,with an average annual incidence of 62.8/100,000,significant statistically differences in morbidity was found between years(χ^2=197.690,P<0.001).The peak incidence was from April to May and October to November.A total of 78 cases of varicella outbreaks were handled,of which 79.5%occurred in primary and secondary schools.The vaccination rate of children aged 1 to 6 years was 67.5%.Conclusion The incidence of varicella in Feixi County is on the rise,and the cluster epidemic has caused adverse effects on the health of primary and middle school students.Therefore,vaccination with varicella vaccine is the most effective means to prevent the incidence of varicella.
