间苯三酚联合硝苯地平对急性腹痛患者的临床疗效及生活质量的影响

Effect of phloroglucinol combined with nifedipine on clinical efficacy and quality of life in patients with acute abdominal pain

目的探讨间苯三酚联合硝苯地平治疗对急性腹痛患者临床疗效及生活质量的影响。方法将74例急性腹痛患者随机分为研究组与对照组,各37例。对照组患者给予硝苯地平治疗,研究组患者给予间苯三酚与硝苯地平联合治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、治疗期间不良反应的发生情况及治疗前后的生活质量量表评分。结果治疗后,研究组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组;研究组患者生活质量量表各维度得分及总体健康状况评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论采用间苯三酚联合硝苯地平治疗急性腹痛患者,有助于提高患者的治疗效果,改善患者的生活质量,促进患者病情恢复,且不良反应发生率低,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of phloroglucinol combined with nifedipine on the clinical efficacy and quality of life in patients with acute abdominal pain.Methods Seventy-four patients with acute abdominal pain were randomly divided into study group(n=37)and control group(n=37).Patients in the control group were treated with nifedipine,while patients in the study group were treated with phloroglucinol and nifedipine.Treatment effect,incidence of adverse reactions during treatment,and quality of life scale scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the study group reported a higher total effective rate of treatment and a lower incidence rate of adverse reactions than the control group;the study group exhibited higher scores for all domains on the quality of life scale as well as a higher score for overall health status as compared with the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of phloroglucinol combined with nifedipine is helpful to improve therapeutic effect and quality of life,promote patients′recovery from the disease in the treatment of patients with acute abdominal pain,with a lower incidence rate of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
