MSCT薄层靶重建技术对周围型薄壁囊腔类肺癌的诊断价值 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨MSCT薄层靶重建技术对周围型薄壁囊腔类肺癌的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析21例经手术病理证实的肺内周围型薄壁囊腔类肺癌患者的临床及影像资料,均为单发病灶,其中腺癌16例、鳞癌5例。对比分析MSCT薄层靶重建技术与常规重建技术对肺内周围型薄壁囊腔类肺癌的诊断价值。结果:薄层靶重建技术较常规重建技术能显著提高周围型薄壁囊腔类肺癌的诊断准确率(P<0.05)。薄层靶重建技术对周围型薄壁囊腔类肺癌病灶边缘、胸膜凹陷征、血管集束征、支气管截断征、壁结节、周围磨玻璃征、囊腔数目、囊腔内壁光滑度及囊内分隔征象的显示均优于常规重建技术(均P<0.05)。结论:MSCT薄层靶重建技术能很好显示周围型薄壁囊腔类肺癌征象,提高该病的准确诊断率。 Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of MSCT thin-section target reconstruction technique in patients with peripheral lung cancer associated with thin-walled airspace.Methods:21 cases of pathologically confirmed lung cancer containing thin-walled airspace were retrospectively analysed with regard to clinical data and MSCT features(16 adenocarcinomas,9 squamous carcinomas),the differential diagnostic value and the CT feature detection rates were compared between CT thin-section target and common reconstruction techniques.Results:The MSCT thin-section target reconstruction technique could significantly improve the diagnostic accuracy of peripheral lung cancer associated with thin-walled airspace compared with the common reconstruction technique(P<0.05).Spiculation,lobulation,pleural retraction sign,vascular cluster sign,bronchus cut-off,wall nodule,ground-glass opacity,multiple cysts,irregular inner wall,septum in airspace were significantly different between the two reconstruction technology(P<0.05).Conclusions:The MSCT thin-section target reconstruction technique can display the MSCT signs of peripheral lung cancer associated with thin-walled airspace well,and can improve the accurate diagnosis rate.
