西帕依固龈液治疗正畸所致早期牙龈炎患者的临床效果

Clinical Effects of Xipayi Gingival Liquid in the Treatment of Patients with Early Gingivitis Caused By Orthodontic Treatment

目的探讨对正畸所致早期牙龈炎患者实施西帕依固龈液治疗的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年4月辽宁省鞍山市中心医院收治的120例正畸所致早期牙龈炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各60例。对照组患者予以0.9%氯化钠注射液含漱治疗,观察组患者予以西帕依固龈液含漱治疗,比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组水肿消失时间、充血消失时短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1个月、3个月后观察组牙龈指数评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1个月、3个月后观察组龈沟出血指数评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1个月、3个月后观察组菌斑指数评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对正畸所致早期牙龈炎患者来说,实施西帕依固龈液治疗的临床效果确切,可以促进临床症状改善,还可以使牙龈症状得到有效改善,临床价值显著。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of Xipayi gingival liquid in the treatment of patients with early gingivitis caused by orthodontic treatment. Methods A total of one hundred and twenty patients with early gingivitis caused by orthodontic treatment in Anshan Central Hospital of Liaoning Province from January 2019 to April 2020 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with sixty cases in each group. The control group was treated with 0.9% sodium chloride injection gargle, and the observation group was treated with Xipayi gingival rinse. Results The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the edema disappearance time and congestion disappearance time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the gingival index score of the observation group after one month and three months of treatment was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after one month and three months of treatment, the gingival index of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after one month and three months of treatment, the plaque index score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion For the patients with early gingivitis caused by orthodontic treatment, the clinical effect of Xipayi gingival liquid is exact, which can promote the improvement of clinical symptoms, and also can effectively improve the gingival symptoms, which has significant clinical value.
