吡拉西坦联合尼莫地平对急性脑出血患者血管内皮功能及预后的影响

Effects of Piracetam Combined with Nimodipine on Endothelial Function and Prognosis of Patients with Acute Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的探讨吡拉西坦联合尼莫地平对急性脑出血患者血管内皮功能及预后的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月于法库县中心医院接受治疗的60例急性脑出血患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。对照组采用依达拉奉+吡拉西坦治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合尼莫地平治疗,比较两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、血管内皮功能、Barthel指数评分和不良反应情况。结果治疗后,观察组NIHSS评分、内皮素-1(ET-1)水平明显低于对照组,一氧化氮(NO)水平、Barthel指数评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论吡拉西坦结合尼莫地平治疗急性脑出血能显著改善患者血管内皮功能,利于提升患者神经功能和日常生活能力,且不良反应较少,临床应用效果显著。

Objective To investigate the effect of piracetam combined with nimodipine on vascular endothelial function and prognosis in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A tota of sixty patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage who were treated in Faku County Central Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects and were randomly divided into two groups, with thirty cases in each group. The control group was treated with edaravone plus piracetam, and the observation group was treated with nimodipine plus edaravone plus piracetam. National Institutes of Health(NIHSS) score, vascular endothelial function, Barthel index and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the observation group’s NIHSS score, endothelin E-1(Et-1) level were significantly lower than the control group, nitric oxide(NO) level, Barthel index were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion Piracetam combined with nimodipine in the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage can significantly improve the vascular endothelial function of patients, which is beneficial to improve the patients’ nerve function and daily living ability, and has fewer prognostic adverse reactions, and the clinical application effect is significant.
