摘要
锌具有调节抗病毒、抗菌的免疫功能,在抗多种病毒过程中,能提高先天免疫和后天免疫的能力.锌缺乏与重症病毒性肺炎患者,如老年人、慢性疾病患者等密切相关.目前新型冠状病毒肺炎在全球大规模暴发,很多抗病毒药物被推荐,但仍无特效药物.氯喹作为可以增加新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)感染的细胞内锌离子的载体,可以阻止病毒的复制,证实对新型冠状病毒肺炎有疗效.本文综述了锌通过减低炎症反应、提高抗病毒和抗菌的免疫力成为预防和治疗病毒性肺炎辅助药物的研究进展,为新型冠状病毒肺炎的治疗和研究提供新的方向.
Zinc is known to modulate antiviral and antibacterial immunity and to enhance innate and adaptive immunity during a variety of antiviral process.Zinc status is also closely associated with risk factors for severe viral pneumonia,including ageing,chronic diseases etc.The current COVID-19 worldwide pandemic caused by SARS-CoV-2 virus.A number of anti-viral drugs have been recommended for COVID-19 treatment but there are still no specific drugs.Chloroquine can stop SARS-CoV-2 replication,and show to be effective against COVID-19,as an ionophore to enhance effectiveness of Zinc inside the infected cell.This article reviews the research progress of Zinc as preventive and adjuvant therapy of viral pneumonia by reducing inflammation,improving antiviral activity and immunity.These provide new directions for COVID-19 in the fulture treatment and research area.
