桑杷止咳汤联合布地奈德治疗慢性支气管炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of Sangpazhike decoction combined with budesonide in the treatment of chronic bronchitis

目的观察桑杷止咳汤联合布地奈德治疗慢性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法选取2017年2月-2019年2月济宁医学院附属医院梁山院区内科收治的慢性支气管炎患者300例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各150例。对照组采用布地奈德治疗,观察组采用桑杷止咳汤联合布地奈德治疗。比较2组临床疗效、各项临床症状消失时间及治疗前后动脉二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)、动脉氧分压(PaO2)、血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)。结果观察组总有效率为93. 33%,高于对照组的80. 67%(χ2=10. 640,P <0. 01);观察组的喘憋、咳嗽、肺部哮鸣音及肺部湿啰音消失时间均短于对照组(P <0. 01);治疗后,2组PaCO2、PaO2、IL-6及TNF-α水平均优于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组(P <0. 01)。结论桑杷止咳汤联合布地奈德治疗慢性支气管炎效果较好,可有效改善临床症状和肺功能,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Sangpazhike decoction combined with budesonide in the treatment of chronic bronchitis. Methods Selected 300 patients with chronic bronchitis who were admitted to the Liangshan District of Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical University from February 2017 to February 2019. Using random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group with 150 cases each. The control group was treated with budesonide,and the observation group was treated with Sangpazhike decoction combined with budesonide. Compared the clinical efficacy,disappearance time of various clinical symptoms,arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide( PaCO2),arterial partial pressure of oxygen( PaO2),interleukin-6( IL-6) and serum tumor necrosis factor-α( TNF-α) before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93. 33%,which was higher than 80. 67% of the control group( χ2= 10. 640,P < 0. 01);The disappearance time of wheezing,coughing,lung wheezing and pulmonary rales in the observation group were shorter than that in the control group( P < 0. 01);After treatment,the levels of PaCO2,PaO2,IL-6 and TNF-α in the two groups were better than those before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group( P < 0. 01). Conclusion Sangpazhike decoction combined with budesonide has a good effect in the treatment of chronic bronchitis,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms and lung function,and is worthy of clinical application.
