补中益气汤加减治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of Buzhongyiqi decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis

目的观察补中益气汤加减治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果。方法选取2018年3月-2019年9月湘西土家族苗族自治州民族中医院诊治的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者100例,根据患者入院先后顺序分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组采用补中益气汤加减治疗,对照组患者采用西医常规治疗。比较2组患者的治疗优良率及疾病复发率。结果观察组治疗优良率为96. 00%,高于对照组的78. 00%(P <0. 01);观察组疾病复发率为6. 00%,低于对照组的24. 00%(P <0. 05)。结论补中益气汤加减治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎效果较好,可有效促进患者病情完全康复,防止疾病复发,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of Buzhongyiqi decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods Selected 100 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis diagnosed and treated by the National Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture from March 2018 to September 2019. According to the order of admission,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with Buzhongyiqi decoction,and the control group was treated with conventional western medicine. Compared the treatment excellent rate and disease recurrence rate of the two groups. Results The excellent and good treatment rate in the observation group was 96. 00%,which was higher than 78. 00% in the control group( P < 0. 01);the disease recurrence rate in the observation group was 6. 00%,which was lower than 24. 00% in the control group( P <0. 05). Conclusion Buzhongyiqi decoction has a better effect on the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,it can effectively promote the complete recovery of the patient’ s condition,prevent the recurrence of the disease,and has high clinical application value.
