肾上腺色腙片联合复方血栓通胶囊辅助治疗糖尿病视网膜出血临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察肾上腺色腙片联合复方血栓通胶囊辅助治疗糖尿病视网膜出血的临床效果。方法选取2019年3-9月广州医科大学附属顺德医院收治的单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变患者56例(98眼),均有视网膜出血症状,根据治疗方法不同将其分为观察组40例(70眼)和对照组16例(28眼)。观察组采用肾上腺色腙片联合复方血栓通胶囊辅助治疗,对照组单用复方血栓通胶囊辅助治疗。比较2组临床疗效、视网膜出血、水肿、渗出吸收时间及治疗前后视力改善情况。结果观察组总有效率为92. 86%,明显高于对照组的71. 43%(χ2=7. 982,P=0. 005)。观察组患者视网膜出血、水肿、渗出吸收时间均明显短于对照组(P <0. 01)。治疗后,2组患者视力明显优于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论肾上腺色腙片联合复方血栓通胶囊辅助治疗糖尿病视网膜出血的疗效较好,且无明显不良反应,安全性较高,值得临床推广。
