摘要
半刚电缆被广泛应用的同时,时常会出现绝缘介质轴向伸缩、窜动等不良现象,严重影响产品质量和生产周期。在研究和解决半刚电缆绝缘介质窜动问题前应先建立起对半刚电缆绝缘介质窜动程度的评价标准。通过对半刚电缆结构力学模型分析,将绝缘介质窜动程度的测量对象转化为绝缘介质与外导体间的最大静摩擦力(附着力)。通过对测量系统测量能力分析和评价,最终建立了拉伸试验机最大静摩擦力测量系统,其具有优良的测量系统能力和量具分辨力,可满足最大静摩擦力测量精确度要求,能够对半刚电缆绝缘介质窜动程度测量和评价。
When semi-rigid cable is widely used,the axial expansion and movement of insulation medium often occur,which seriously affects the product quality and production cycle.Before researching and solving the problem of semi-rigid cable’s insulation medium movement,the evaluation standard of the degree of semi-rigid cable’s insulation medium movement should be established.Based on the analysis of the mechanical model of semi-rigid cable structure,the measurement object of the movement degree of the insulation medium is transformed into the maximum static friction(adhesive force)between the insulation medium and the outer conductor.Based on the analysis and evaluation of the measuring ability of the measurement system,the maximum static friction measurement system of the tensile testing machine is finally established,which has excellent measurement system ability and measuring tool resolution,can meet the requirements of the maximum static friction measuring accuracy,and can measure and evaluate the movement degree of the insulation medium of the semi-rigid cable.
