历史语言研究所研究生培养述论(1928—1949)——以史语所档案记载为主的探讨

On the Training of Graduate Students in the Institute of History and Philology(IHP)—A Discussion Based on IHP Archives

1928年,中央研究院历史语言研究所建立,将招收和培养研究生作为培养后继学术人才的一项重要目标。在以后的20多年间,史语所先后招收了数十名研究生,由于招考制度科学、培养精准、管理严格,这些研究生几乎全部成为其研究领域的学术骨干和领军人物。史语所培养研究生的理念和管理措施,有许多方面值得后世总结和借鉴。

In 1928,the Institute of History and Philology,Academia Sinica(IHP)was established,beginning to recruit post-graduates and train them to be future scholars.Scores of graduates were recruited in twenty years.Thanks to its scientific enrollment system,accurate cultivating mode,and strict management,all the graduates in IHP became academic cadres or leading figures later in their own research fields.The philosophy,administrative measures and other related experience in IHP's graduate education deserve our attention.
