Construction of the Cooperative Relationship Between the Government and Social Organizations in the Modernization of Social Governance

政府与社会组织的合作乃是在优势互补基础上,通过治理体制的改革来实现的。政府同社会组织合作互动需要两方面的基础条件:一是双方的互信;二是社会组织的能力与数量。当前,政社合作还面临一些问题和困境,需要通过探索建立现代社会组织体制来予以解决。

The cooperation between the government and social organizations is realized through the reform of the governance system on the basis of complementary advantages.The cooperation and interaction between the government and social organizations need two basic conditions:one is mutual trust between the two sides;the other is the capacity and quantity of social organizations.At present,there are still some problems and difficulties in political and social cooperation,which need to be solved by exploring the establishment of modern social organization system.
