摘要 旅客智能引导系统基于人工智能技术,通过多资源整合,数据共享,搭建航站楼楼内旅客智能引导平台,利用生物特征识别技术(人脸识别)和语音语义识别(语音识别与自然语言理解),提供旅客无感知的人脸识别、智能语音交互、证件\登机牌识别等多种交互方式,快速准确鉴别旅客身份,为旅客提供个性化需求信息,如航班、楼内服务资源信息以及动态室内导航等。 Passenger intelligent guidance system is based on artificial intelligence technology, through multi-resource integration, datasharing, building passenger intelligent guidance platform in the terminal building, using biometric recognition technology (face recognition)and speech semantic recognition (speech recognition and natural language) (Understand), provide passengers with non-perceivedface recognition, intelligent voice interaction, ID\boarding pass recognition and other interaction methods to quickly and accurately identifypassengers’ identity and provide passengers with personalized demand information, such as flight information and service resourcesin the building And dynamic indoor navigation.
