摘要
旅客智能引导系统基于人工智能技术,通过多资源整合,数据共享,搭建航站楼楼内旅客智能引导平台,利用生物特征识别技术(人脸识别)和语音语义识别(语音识别与自然语言理解),提供旅客无感知的人脸识别、智能语音交互、证件\登机牌识别等多种交互方式,快速准确鉴别旅客身份,为旅客提供个性化需求信息,如航班、楼内服务资源信息以及动态室内导航等。
