人脸识别自助登机助力广州白云智慧机场建设

《粤港澳大湾区发展规划纲要》提出,加快基础设施互联互通,构建现代化的综合交通运输体系,建设粤港澳大湾区世界级机场群。广州白云国际机场正面临了前所未有的历史机遇和挑战,积极推进智慧机场建设成为当前最紧要的任务之一。本文从旅客登机环节入手,展示广州白云国际机场东三指廊建立人脸识别自助登机系统的项目背景、实现过程、实施效果以及未来展望。人脸识别自助登机系统的使用提升了机场和航空安全性,同时减少了航服工作人员的机械重复的工作,能有效改善广州白云国际机场服务质量。

The outline of development planning of Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Bay area puts forward to speed up the interconnection of infrastructure,build a modern comprehensive transportation system,and build a world-class airport group in Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Bay area.Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport is facing unprecedented historical opportunities and challenges,and actively promoting the construction of smart airport has become one of the most urgent tasks.In this paper,starting from the passenger boarding process,the background,implementation process,implementation effect and future prospect of the self boarding system for face recognition in the East Third corridor of Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport are presented.The use of face recognition self boarding system improves airport and aviation safety,reduces the mechanical repetitive work of flight service staff,and effectively improves the service quality of Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport.
