基于信息化技术的高校科研供应商管理系统设计研究

Research on the Design of University Scientific Research SupplierManagement System Based on Information Technology

企业供应商管理信息化如今已受到众多学者的关注和研究,但高校科研专业类型较多、供应阶段复杂,企业供应商管理信息化研究无法对其适用,也没有相关文献研究指导。本文针对高校科研在供应商管理中存在的几类问题,提出了一种高校科研供应商管理系统软件平台设计,该设计不仅能够实现供应商的录入、评审、筛选、评选、跟踪、结果分析评判等整体信息库的建设,还引入了辅助决策、自动判定等辅助功能,进一步提升了供应商管理的工作效率。

Nowadays,the informatization of enterprise supplier management has attracted the attention and research of many scholars.But there are many types of scientific research majors in universities,and the supply stage is complex.So,the informatization of enterprise supplier managemen research cannot be applied to the universities,and there is no relevant literature research guidance.Based on the problems of scientific research in universities that exist in the supplier management,the author of this paper puts forward a supplier of college scientific research management system software platform design,that not only can achieve the supplier's entry,review,screening,selection,track and result analysis to judge the overall information database construction,also introduces the auxiliary decision-making,auxiliary functions such as automatic judgement to further enhance the efficiency of the supplier management.
